Plaintiffs in 1982 Otisburg Canal class action are hereby notified that the case has been thrown out of the Columbus Appelate Court by Judge Otis Ott. Plaintiffs are advised that the the Safety-Flo legal department has filed to countersue all participants for all costs, including hourly time, environmental studies, new tires for our environmental study vehicle, and office supplies.
