Although accident statistics have continued to show improvement when compared with the previous century, Safety-Flo has decided to boost emphasis on safety even further by consolidating all safety programs. The result is a company-wide effort called Spirit of Safety, or Project H. The project calls on all company employees to experience safety on a daily basis. As such, safety funds and resources have been reallocated to create the first Safety-Flo Spirit of Safety Marching Band, which will continuously tour the factory floor, spreading its musical message of safe conduct, manner, and inclination.

To ensure the message of safety reaches all ears, employees in high noise areas are asked to remove their hearing protection during working hours.
