Corn Reconstitutor K-1

k-1
The K-1 is good for the environment
Description:

Employs reverse cornmosis to convert excess corn derivatives into Korn on the Kob, a crunchy, pasty simulacra of actual corn.

Operation:

Pour corn syrup, corn oil, cornmeal, cornstarch, and corn flakes into respective input hoppers. The K-1 automatically injects textile-grade colorant (yellow) and necessary polymers. Ignite the 50 megajoule digester, which reduces the mixture to a high-density slurry in just four hours. The material is then vacuum-forced into twin high-pressure Kob molds, where it is gamma-baked and then coated with edible polyurethane. Moments later, two servings of hot, ready-to-eat Korn on the Kob are ejected into the output tray.
