Although we have made progress in increasing the representation of minorities and women at many levels throughout the company, we must continue affirmative action at every Safety-Flo operation and facility and ensure that equal opportunity exists in fact, as well as in policy. We have work to do. I expect all members of our management team to have the same commitment.
